For over thirty years, VecLoader vacuums have provided solutions to industry and contractors alike for the recovery, removal and transport of a wide range of materials - from cement, petrochemical products, sand, activated carbon, fly ash and roofing rock to liquids, waste water and slurries. Other solutions include recovery and reclassification systems for steel grit, and other abrasives and hazardous materials like lead dust and asbestos.

Performance Proven Vacuum Solutions™

DV Vacuums
Super Quiet & Super Powerful!

When the dust settles, there's only one choice .. DV.   No other vacuum matches the performance of this system for the price!

Fine powders blow right through ordinary vacuum filters.  Or blind them so badly that you're constantly cleaning and replacing them.  DV lets you take control of super-fine powders.

The versatile DV vacuum system combines industrial class suction with a high performance triple filtration systemAnd its positive displacement vacuum pump attains 12" Hg. and it actually pulls harder as the hose fills with material.  This means DV can pick up material three times faster than  vacuums using centrifugal pumps.

The exclusive triple filter is the real story.  First, larger particulate is cyclonically separated with an internal baffle.  Second, bag filters capture 99.99% of particles larger than 0.4 microns. And third, a safety filter provides backup protection that can easily be upgraded to HEPA type.

SELECTION NOTES:

The selection between these models is determined by use. Generally, the longer the vacuum hose and the heavier the dust load, the more suction you will want. If the powders you need to deal with are below 5 microns, look for a machine with a air to cloth ratio less than 5.5:1.

DV 15 The 15 Hp DV is a serious machine for clean-up jobs that require serious power.  Tremendous for ultra-fine powders, it easily supports a central vac tube system up to 400 ft long.  Makes a terrific little two operator system. Recommended for cleaning heavy fines overhead, a 2" hose 100 ft long is no problem.  Will convey about 80 pound of sand per minute with a 2" hose x 50 ft long.
DV 20 The least expensive 20 Hp P.D. powered system on the market (less than 1/3 some competitive systems!!)  A low end system for foundry sand (1 cubic foot per minute), it is suitable for a 2.5" or 3" I.D hose for moving high quantities of materials. Not recommended for sub-micron fines. External storage options increase available storage to two cubic yards and more.
DV 25 or DV 30 Choose the DV25 or DV30 as an inexpensive foundry sand machine. Will move over 200 lbs. of sand per minute. Exceptional sound attenuation with quiet operation even at 16" Hg.
