The VecLoader Spartan FM is a heavy duty/continuous operation portable industrial vacuum loader with an integrated two yard hopper. The Spartan FM is one of the most versatile vacuum machine available combining exceptional power with compact size. Units are skid mounted with fork lift pockets and lifting eyes and are easily moved by a small fork truck. The Spartan FM is used for vacuuming most flowable bulk materials and liquids from distances up to 500 feet. Bulk dry materials will load up to 6-7 tons per hour and water will load up to 100 gallons per minute. Units feature the rugged construction and powerful performance standard on all Vector vacuums. And they are priced at an affordable cost insuring a quick return on investment.

The VecLoader Spartan FM is a heavy duty/continuous operation portable industrial vacuum loader with an integrated two yard hopper. The Spartan FM is one of the most versatile vacuum machine available combining exceptional power with compact size. Units are skid mounted with fork lift pockets and lifting eyes and are easily moved by a small fork truck.

The Spartan FM is used for vacuuming most flowable bulk materials and liquids from distances up to 600 feet. Bulk dry materials will load up to 6-7 tons per hour and water will load up to 100 gallons per minute. Units feature the rugged construction and powerful performance standard on all Vector vacuums. And they are priced at an affordable cost insuring a quick return on investment.

The Spartan FM is electrical, liquid propane, or diesel poweredd and features a 50 HP Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled, 230/460v, 3 phase, 60 Hz motor. The motor direct drives a Roots/Dresser Model 412 RCSJ Whispair, rotary lobe positive displacement blower with maximum ratings of 1,340 CFM and 16" Hg static pressure. Fifty (50) Hz , severe duty motors, spark resistant, and explosion proof electrical systems are additionally available.

Controls are accessible and easy to use and include a NEMA 4 panel containing motor starters, circuit protection, control components and all associated wiring. Main disconnect, blower on switch, baghouse on switch, vacuum on switch, pilot lights, emergency stop button and hour meter are positioned on the main control panel. Customer specified circuitry can be accommodated upon request.

The filtration system of the Spartan FM is exceptional and effectively eliminates the downtime normally associated with competitive portable vacuum systems. The Spartan FM features a baghouse containing 68 square feet spun-bond polyester filter media continuously cleaned by reverse air pulses. A magnehelic gauge shows the differential pressure drop across filters. A pressure differential switch protects the filtration media and a secondary cartridge filter protects the blower. Filter changes, though infrequent, are easy, simple and fast.
