The VecLoader Titan 616 H.P. is one of the most powerful vacuum system available, incorporating innovative technology to solve a wide range of industrial vacuuming problems.

The Titan has a positive displacement vacuum pump that generates 2,367 CFM of airflow at 28" Hg (360" water), providing the power you need to complete the most difficult cleanup or recovery operations.

In addition, an efficient cyclonic separation chamber provides excellent wet or dry material handling capabilities – all without complicated changeovers. And the Titan, with its reverse pulse air baghouse filtration system and secondary microfilter protection package, assures thorough filtering of all discharge air while providing maximum protection for all critical components.

• A single hydraulic leveling jack ensures fast set-up and takedown.
• A hydraulically positioned discharge hopper can be raised to position the bottom discharge spout up to 8’6" above ground level.
• A lockable fiberglass shroud protects all critical components and controls from weather and vandalism.
• Twin 6,000lb. axles and a heavy duty hitch with electric brakes ensure smooth, safe traveling and easy stopping at all speeds.
• Easily towed by a one ton, dual-wheeled pick-up truck.

Maximum Options

The Titan is engineered to provide you with special options for greater job-site flexibility and material handling safety. Most options can be added at any time to meet your changing needs. And the Titan’s compact design accommodates efficient componentry changeover while in the field. Options include:

• A manually operated discharge valve for bag or drum filling.
• A rotary airlock for continuous discharge of flowable, dry materials of uniform particle size.
• Specialized control systems for customized dump cycles when utilizing any of the optional discharge valves.
• Fully monitored 99.99% HEPA filtration to ensure uncontaminated discharge air when working with environmentally sensitive materials.
