The Titan Combo System - here's how it works: Spent grit and waste material is collected through the receiver cyclone separator and first-stage cleaned in a twin-rotating screen scalping drum. Debris and waste is removed before material enters the dual chamber vacuum collector where a posi-seal valve system ensures continuous vacuuming. The continuous full-belt metal bucket elevator then delivers the grit to the air-wash system. Here, dust and other 'fines' are removed using a dedicated adjustable fan coupled directly to our trouble-free reverse pulse dust collector. Air washed grit is then metered precisely into our magnetizer/demagnetizer system where the last of the non-ferrous material is removed. With four-stage cleaning completed, the clean, ready-to-use grit is delivered to the storage hopper via a second full-belt bucket conveyor. The storage hopper is mounted directly over a dual chamber, continuous duty, four outlet blast pot. A 1,600 CFM air dryer is mounted on the work platform to ensure plenty of clean dry air. All power is onboard - you just add air and go to work. Controls are simple, with no electronics. There are no screw augers to clog, and only three waste discharge points.
