The VecLoader Titan M is a high power/low maintenance self-contained vacuum loader designed to cost effectively replace liquid ring vacuums. The Titan M vacuums most flowable bulk materials and liquids and features the same rugged construction and powerful performance standard on all VecLoader vacuums. And it is priced at an affordable cost that assures a quick return on investment.

Liquid ring pumps discharging water are no longer acceptable in many countries, since local environmental regulations now require use of self-contained vacuum systems without hazardous air or water emissions, The Titan M cost less than a new re-circulating liquid ring pump, and users benefit from significant reduction in maintenance and downtime costs associated with liquid ring vacuums.

The Titan M is comprised of a skid mounted power module and a filtration system/baghouse. The unit has fork lift pockets and lifting eyes. The power module and baghouse are directly connected through six inch (15 cm) flexible pipe.

The performance capabilities of the Titan M are exceptional. Bulk dry materials load up to 12-15 tons per hour from distances up to 1000' (360 meters). The unit also vacuums up to 275 gallons (1,050 liters) of water per minute without changeover.

The VecLoader Titan M features a Root Model 616 DVJ, rotary lobe positive displacement blower with maximum rated airflow of 2367 CFM and maximum vacuum rating of 28" Hg (Maximum vacuum of 93% and maximum rated air flow of 67 m3 per minute). The system is powered by a 150 HP (112 Kw) Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled, 230/460v, 3 phase, 60 Hz motor (severe duty and 50 Hz systems are available).

Other Titan M features include:

• Control panel with NEMA 4 panel containing motor starters, circuit protection, control components and all associated wiring. Start/stop, pilot lights, emergency stop button and hour meter located in panel cover. Customer specified circuitry can be accommodated upon request.
• Stand-alone cyclone collector with 7/8 yd3 in the conical storage section, flanged for a variety of dumping attachments. The baghouse contains 630 square feet of spun-bond polyester filter media continuously cleaned by reverse air pulses during the pulse cycle (customer supplied air supply). Pulsing cycles are controlled by a pressure switch and solenoid valves. A magnehelic gauge shows the differential drop across the filters.
• An additional filter with 185 square feet of pleated cellulose microfiltration is on the blower providing final filtration and blower protection.
• Fiberglass enclosure to cover operating components for weather protection, locking latches on doors, H.E.P.A. filtration available.
