The VecLoader Titan 721S, used for special applications, is the most powerful vacuum system available, incorporating innovative technology to solve a wide range of industrial vacuuming problems. 

The Titan has a positive displacement vacuum pump that generates 3,660 CFM of airflow at 28" Hg, providing the power you need to complete the most difficult cleanup or recovery operations.

The 721’s high vacuum offers exceptional performance when utilizing long hose runs and when contending with the eventual hose clogging caused by operator error or inexperience.

The VecLoader 721 transports materials from distances in excess of 1,200 feet. Bulk dry materials will load up to 18-23 tons per hour. The unit also vacuums up to 425 gallons of water per minute. Materials can be loaded into either trucks, hoppers, drums, or conveyors to meet all customer handling requirements.

In addition, an efficient cyclonic separation chamber provides excellent wet or dry material handling capabilities – all without complicated changeovers. And the VecLoader Titan 721, with its reverse pulse air baghouse filtration system and secondary micro-filter protection package, assures thorough filtering of all discharge air while providing maximum protection for all critical componentry.

Automatically controlled vacuum loading and material discharge cycles accommodate the efficient recovery of a wide range of wet or dry products. Collected materials are automatically discharged directly into dump trucks, lugger boxes or drums that can be shuttled from the job site to an approved waste processing facility.

	VecLoader 721's unique positive displacement blower creates 3,660 CFM airflow with vacuum levels of 28" Hg. Its highly efficient vacuum pump permits continuous operation at high vacuum levels without the need for sealing water or multiple compression stages.
The 721's dust collector baghouse incorporates 630 square feet of spun-bond polyester filtration media. This provides filtration efficiency of 99.9% at one micron particle size. Optional filtration media selections for high-temperature or severe duty applications also are available.
