Sales Information | US Specs| Options

CS™ Integrated Vacuums are versatile, high powered, skid-mounted industrial vacuum loaders. The CS vacuum series combines compact packaging with powerful performance, exceptional resistance to wear and abrasion, and superior filtration. Electric driven powerful positive displacement blowers are combined on a single skid with high efficiency filtration baghouses. Unloading can be into a virtually infinite variety of disposal containers or production applications including dumpsters, self-dumping hoppers, gaylords, drums and bulk bags, or to conveyors and other process systems. CS units can be used for vacuuming most flowable bulk materials and liquids. The CS series features the rugged construction, quality, and powerful performance of all Vector products. Options are available to allow controlled and efficient handling of super fine, dense, hydroscopic, abrasive, explosive, flammable, acidic, corrosive, hazardous, toxic and low flow materials.

Systems are designed for multiple hose operation either as stand alone vacuums or part of central vacuum systems.

CS units are powered by a 50 Hz or 60 Hz, 3 phase motor. An additional 7.5 horsepower motor is optionally available to drive an air compressor, whenever plant air is unavailable for filter pulsing. Explosion proof motors, customer specified voltages, and diesel or liquid propane engines are offered.

Combination circuit breaker/starter are contained in NEMA 12 enclosures. Controls and instruments include a master disconnect, blower-on switch, baghouse-on switch, vacuum on switch, pilot lights, emergency stop button and hour meter located on the panel cover. Solid state controls regulate hopper unload functions. Customer specified circuitry including NEMA 4, 4X, 7, can be accommodated upon request.

The motor drives a Roots style positive displacement blower, driven by a multiple V-belt or direct drive. A vacuum breaker is provided as part of the dump cycle control. An absorption silencer is attached to the blower discharge for sound suppression. The unit is fitted with a product specific cartridge filter in a microfilter housing for protection on the clean air side of the baghouse. The filter housing is fitted with a magnehelic gauge to show the pressure drop across the filter.

Integrated cyclonic baghouses/collection devices are set on telescoping legs allowing height adjustment for varied unloading requirements. Cyclones are matched to specific system filtration and unload requirements. A baghouse for final filtration of particulate is an integral part of the collection module. Units feature pulse-cleaned teflon coated filter bags, tangential inlets, deflector plates, removable wear plates, plus magnehelic gauges for filter monitoring. Filtration is excellent. Solid state controls are provided to automatically dump the collected material on an adjustable pre-selected timed cycle. Several optional unloader valves are available to allow continuous vacuuming or the safe handling of hazardous materials.

An enclosure is available with locking doors to cover operating components for environmental protection, safety and noise suppression. The unit sits on an integral skid with fork lift pockets and is painted with weather resistant paint.

Various system options and enhancements include customer specified control panels, explosion proof motors, diesel power, remote operator controls, trailer mounting, sound attenuation, and high temperature packages. Baghouse options include a wide variety of specialty filters, discharge valves, stainless steel, explosion venting, hydraulically raised legs, slopped cones, air cannons, augers or other discharge enhancements, and special coatings for corrosive materials.

All power packs and integrated cyclonic baghouses/collection devices can be easily matched to a broad assortment of available options.
