VECTOR PRODUCTS AND THEIR APPLICATIONS - OVERVIEW

INDUSTRIAL VACUUMS
Vector offers the most powerful vacuums available, incorporating innovative technology to solve a wide range of industrial vacuuming problems. VecLoader vacuums feature a positive displacement vacuum pump generating up to 11,011 CFM (18,710 Cubic meters/hour) and up to 28" Hg (93% vacuum), providing the power needed to complete the most difficult cleanup or recovery operations. The power source is either LP, diesel or electric and the unit can be either skid, truck, or trailer or crane mounted. Load rates range to 70 tons per hour.  Horsepower ranges from 2 to 500 HP.

Products: VecLoader Spartan®, VecLoader Titan®, VecLoader Hepa Vac®, PM™ Series, CS™ Series,
                     BH™ Series

STEEL GRIT BLAST, CLEANING AND RECOVERY SYSTEMS
Vector offers a complete, self-contained vacuum recovery/classification and blasting system. Spent grit and waste material are collected through the receiver cyclone separator and cleaned in a twin-rotating screen scalper drum. Debris and waste are removed before material enters the dual chamber vacuum collector where a posi-seal system ensures continuous vacuuming. The continuous full-belt bucket elevator then delivers grit to the airwash system where dust and fines are removed using a dedicated adjustable fan coupled directly to the reverse pulse dust collector. Air washed grit is then metered into the magnetized/demagnetized system where the last of the non-ferrous material is removed. With the four-stage cleaning complete, the clean, ready to use grit is delivered to the storage hopper. Controls are simple, without electronics and the equipment is easy to maintain. Vector offers simple, effective, non-stop blasting systems.

Vector also offers a unique and versatile shot or grit cleaning system for the continuous recycling and conveying of spent media in a variety of blast operations. Spent media can be thoroughly cleaned for use and re-use with an absence of contaminants.
