VecLoaders are completely self-contained to vacuum and directly discharge wet and dry product into a truck, dumpster or other collection device, without complicated setup and with only minimal maintenance. VecLoaders remain on the job full time without the dumping, shoveling, hoisting, and other multiple handling steps required with vac trucks or other vacuum systems.

 

VecLoaders feature Roots positive displacement blowers to 16” Hg, excellent filtration, and are completely self-contained. For catalyst change out, the standard VecLoader has been modified so that the vacuumed material never is exposed to the atmosphere allowing catalyst-handling jobs to be performed with optimum operating efficiency and effectiveness. Vector has designed a proprietary closed-loop system where nitrogen is utilized to: 1) convey the vacuum product, and 2) pulse the baghouse filter bags. Each Catalyst model has the common attributes of being simple to use, without complicated set-up, and easily maintained. In addition, VecLoader’s direct discharge allows the vacuum to be on the job full-time; eliminating shoveling, hoisting, dumping, and the multiple handling steps associated with other systems. Material discharge can be into drums, or (subject to atmospheric controls) directly into trucks, dumpsters, or other collection devices. With exceptional mobility, VecLoaders’ are viable alternatives to vacuum trucks at less than ˝ the price.
