Vector offers a wide range of trailer and skid mounted industrial vacuums for Coal fired power plants. Vector vacuums have the abrasive resistance, outstanding baghouse design and the dependable power to handle a Power plant's most difficult vacuum requirements. Systems can vacuum either wet or dry materials without changeover. Under most conditions and with proper maintenance, a Vector vacuum can normally operate 1,500 to 2,000 hours before a filter changeout, saving labor and maintenance costs. VecLoader Power plant uses include vacuum fly ash and coal from hopper rooms, cleaning boiler internals during outages, pulverizing mill clean-up, cleaning under conveyor belts, conveyor and bucket elevator spills, bottom ash and general housekeeping. Vacuum Trailer Systems are available as stand alone vacuums or connected to piping as part of a central vacuum system. Units can be equipped with explosion venting and filter grounding for the handling of Western coals.
