Sewer Jetters — Skid & Trailer Mounted Systems

Vector Technologies Ltd., we’ve designed and manufactured high-quality vacuum equipment for nearly 30 years. One of our core product offerings is sewer jetters.

What Is Sewer Jetting?

Sewer jetting—also sometimes called hydro jetting or water jetting—is a process that utilizes high-pressure water to force out built-up material in drain and sewer systems. While it is generally used to remove obstructions, it can also be used for preventative maintenance to reduce the risk of blockages and backups. Compared to other drain and sewer cleaning methods, it offers greater simplicity, efficiency, and safety, all of which lead to it being one of the go-to tools for plumbing and drain cleaning professionals.

The equipment used for sewer jetting operations is referred to as sewer jetters. It is available in truck, trailer, or skid mounted configurations to suit different application requirements.

Our Sewer Cleaning Jetting Solutions

Our Neptune™ and Super Neptune™ Jetter Vac combination systems combine high-pressure water and powerful vacuum capabilities into a compact skid-mounted or trailer-mounted package. Skids can be used with both flatbed or roll-off trucks. Key features include:

  • Fully self-contained construction
  • High-volume rebuildable jetter pump
  • Deep-vacuum positive displacement blower
  • 500 to 1,000 gallon spoils tank
  • Full 180-degree articulating hose reel
  • Watertight/airtight sealing Quick Dump™ tailgate
  • 55-degree dump angle

Neptune systems also offer debris tank capacities up to 800 gallons, vacuum system capacities up to 1,000 CFM, and water systems with 4GPM @ 4,000 PSI, while Super Neptune systems offer water capacities up to 550 gallons and vacuum system capacities up to 2,400 CFM. Both models serve as a cost-effective solution for sewer cleaning jobs where trucks are not a viable option and sewer lines have a smaller diameter. They use high-pressure water jetting technology to clear dirt and debris from sewer and drainage pipes effectively and efficiently.

Benefits of Vector’s Combination Jetting Vacuum Systems

Both our Neptune and Super Neptune Jetter Vac combination systems offer exceptional resistance to wear and abrasion, superior filtration capabilities, and excellent liquid and debris recovery capacities. These qualities make them a reliable drain and sewer cleaning solution for a wide range of applications.
