VecLoader trailer mounted vauum systems and Vector PM Series skid mounted industrial vacuum systems are utilized in mines in the U.S., Canada, and abroad, recovering minerals as gold, copper, nickel, silver and beryllium. Typical uses for VecLoader vacuums in mines include: crusher houses, conveyor spills, wastewater filter beds, and housekeeping. VecLoader vacuums are completely self-contained and will vacuum and directly discharge wet or dry materials into a truck, dumpster, hopper or other collection device. Collected material can also be returned to the conveyor system or to a positive pressure system. Pulse-jet cleaned baghouses are designed to handle abrasive product and feature tangential inlets, removable wear sections, deflector plates, pulsed-cleaned Teflon coated filter bags and magnehelic gauges for filter monitoring. VecLoader and PM Series vacuums are available to 6,000 CFM and 28” Hg.
