Vector Technologies offers a wide range of portable, trailered and central vacuums for use in coal fired power plants. In diesel or electric power, VecLoaders feature excellent filtration, are completely self-contained and vacuum and discharge wet or dry product directly into a trucks, dumpsters, or other collection devices. All designs possess common attributes of being simple to use, without complicated set-up, and easily maintained. Baghouses are designed to handle abrasive product and feature tangential inlets, removable wear sections, deflector plates, pulsed-cleaned Teflon coated filters, plus magnehelic gauges for filter monitoring. Units can be used for general housekeeping or for more severe coal or fly ash recovery activity. Larger units are capable of up to 40 tons of materials per hour and various configurations are available for use as central systems or stand alone vacuum units. Most models can be equipped with rupture disks and grounded filter bags for handling explosive dusts such as Western or PRB coal.
