Vector systems are utilized in mines in the U.S., Canada, and abroad, handling such materials as gold, copper, nickel, silver and beryllium. Typical uses include: crusher houses, conveyor spills, wastewater filter beds, and housekeeping. VecLoader vacuums are completely self-contained and will vacuum and directly discharge wet or dry materials into a truck, dumpster, hopper or other collection device. Collected material can also be returned to the conveyor system or to a positive pressure system. Baghouses are designed to handle abrasive product and feature tangential inlets, removable wear sections, deflector plates, pulsed-cleaned Teflon coated filters, plus magnehelic gauges for filter monitoring. VecLoader models are available to 6,000 CFM and 28” Hg.
