Spartan FM-100

Spartan FM Series Vacuums are versatile, electric skid-mounted industrial vacuum loaders that are both continuous and heavy duty, abrasive resistent and feature a integrated self-dumping hopper. Spartan vacuums can be used for vacuuming most flowable bulk materials and liquids. All Spartan vacuums feature pulse jet filter cleaning.

The Spartan FM-100 high vacuum of 28” Hg (inches of mercury) provides great flexibility when conveying longer distances or handling dense waste streams.

The Spartan FM-100 features a full 44 inch baghouse with pulse jet cleaned coated filter bags. The baghouse provides superior filtration for fine, dusty product such as foundry sand.

The Spartan FM-100 additionally features an integrated self-dumping two-yard hopper with a proprietary self-guiding alignment system. This unique design simplifies removal and replacement of the self-dumping hopper, reducing the risks to structural damage inherent in many competitive industrial vacuum systems.

The Spartan FM-100 has replaceable wear sections and its compact footprint and modular design allows the Spartan FM to be utilized as a stand-alone industrial vacuum or incorporated into in-plant piping or conveyance systems.
