The VecLoader Titan M is a versatile industrial vacuum loader for high performance vacuuming of most flowable bulk materials and liquids. Utilizing a six inch diameter hose or multiple smaller diameter hoses, the Titan M can vacuum steel grit, sand, coal, ash, dirt, dust, sand, stone, water, and slurry at distances up to 1000’, or with productivity of up to 10-12 tons per hour or 275 gallons of water. The unit contains standard fork lift pockets and lifting eyes as an integral part of the design. The VecLoader Titan M features the same rugged construction and powerful performance standard on all Vector products at a cost that assures a quick return on investment.

VACUUM PUMP: Roots/Dresser Model 616 DVJ, rotary lobe positive displacement blower.
PUMP RATING: Maximum vacuum rating of 28" Hg, maximum rated air flow of 2,367 CFM.
PERFORMANCE: Bulk dry materials will load up to 12-15 tons per hour/or at distances up to 1000’. The unit also vacuums up to 200 gallons of water per minute without changeover.
MOTOR: 150 HP Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled, 230/460v, 3 phase, 60 Hz (severe duty and 50Hz units are available).
CONTROL PANEL: NEMA 4 panel containing motor starters, circuit protection, control components and all associated wiring. Start/stop, pilot lights, emergency stop button and hour meter located in panel cover. Customer specified circuitry can be accommodated upon request.
(NEMA 4X available).
CYCLONE/BAGHOUSE: Integral cyclone collector with 7/8 yd³ in the conical storage section, flanged for a variety of dumping attachments. Baghouse contains 630 ft² of spun-bond polyester filter media, continuously cleaned by reverse air pulses during the pulse cycle (customer supplied air). The pulsing cycle is controlled by a pressure switch and solenoid valves. A magnehelic gauge shows the differential drop across the filters.
ADDED FILTRATION: An additional filter with 185 ft² of pleated cellulose microfiltration is located upstream on the blower providing final filtration and blower protection.
OTHER FEATURES: Fiberglass enclosure covers the operating components for weather protection. Locking latches on doors prevent unauthorized operation. H.E.P.A. filtration available, lifting eyes and fork lift pockets for mobility.
