The VecLoader Titan M is a versatile industrial vacuum loader for high performance vacuuming of most flowable bulk materials and liquids. Utilizing a 15.24 cm diameter hose or multiple smaller diameter hoses, the Titan M can vacuum steel grit, sand, coal, ash, dirt, dust, sand, stone, water, and slurry at distances up to 360 meters, or with productivity of up to 9-12 metric tonnes per hour or 1,100 liters of water. The unit has standard fork lift pockets and lifting eyes as an integral part of the design. The VecLoader Titan M features the same rugged construction and powerful performance standard on all Vector products at a cost that assures a quick return on investment.

VACUUM PUMP: Roots/Dresser Model 616 DVJ, rotary lobe positive displacement blower.
PUMP RATING: Maximum vacuum of 93% (710 mm Hg) at a maximum rated airflow of 67 M³ per minute.
PERFORMANCE: Bulk dry materials will load up to 11-14 tonnes per hour/or at distances up to 360 meters. The unit also vacuums up to 750 liters of water per minute without changeover.
MOTOR: 112 kW, Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled, customer specified voltage, 3 phase, 50 Hz (severe duty and 60 Hz systems are available).
CONTROL PANEL: NEMA 4 panel containing motor starters, circuit protection, control components and all associated wiring. Start/stop, pilot lights, emergency stop button and hour meter located in panel cover. Customer specified circuitry can be accommodated upon request.
(NEMA 4X available).
CYCLONE/BAGHOUSE: Integral cyclone collector with .67 M³ in the conical storage section, flanged for a variety of dumping attachments. Baghouse contains 15.5 M² of felted polypropylene cloth continuously cleaned by reverse air pulses during the pulse cycle (customer supplied air supply). The pulsing cycle is controlled by a pressure switch and solenoid valves. A magnehelic gauge shows the differential drop across the filters.
ADDED FILTRATION: An additional filter with 18 M² of pleated cellulose microfiltration is located upstream on the blower providing final filtration and blower protection.
OTHER FEATURES: Fiberglass enclosure to cover operating components for weather protection. Locking latches on doors prevent unauthorized operation. H.E.P.A. filtration is available. Lifting eyes and fork lift pockets for mobility.
