The VecLoader 721S is a versatile trailer-mounted industrial vacuum loader used for special applications that never needs to be removed from the vacuuming site for dumping. It can be used for vacuuming coal, ash, dirt, dust, sand, stone, water and slurry utilizing 12.7 cm or 15.24 cm diameter hose or multiple smaller diameter hoses. The VecLoader 721 offers rugged construction and powerful performance at a cost that will afford the owner a quick return on his investment. The trailer, along with vacuuming hose and accessories, can be moved by most one tonne trucks.

VACUUM PUMP: Roots/Dresser Model 721 DVJ, rotary lobe positive displacement blower.
PUMP RATING: Maximum vacuum of 93% vacuum (935 cm water negative static pressure or 686 mm Hg) and a maximum air flow of 104 m3 per minute. (Equates to maximum 28" Hg/maximum airflow of 3,660 CFM).
PERFORMANCE: Bulk dry materials will load up to 16-21 metric tonnes per hour/or at distances up to 360 meters and will load up to 1,600 liters of water per minute.
ENGINE: John Deere Model 6076H industrial diesel engine. (Electric powered models available).
ENGINE RATING: 6-cylinder; water-cooled turbo diesel; Continuous 172 kW @ 2,600 RPM.
SPECIFICATIONS: Direct drive, variable operating speeds between 1,000 to 2,600 RPM; mechanically governed; 12 volt electrical system; 38 cm/5 blade pusher fan, mounted on water pump; dry type air cleaner.
CONTROL PANEL: Ignition switch, temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge, voltmeter, tachometer, air pressure gauge, and hour meter. High temperature and low oil pressure safety shut-downs. Pulse timer, vacuum timer and emergency stop.
FUEL: Fuel -- #2 Diesel, Fuel capacity -- Two each, 190 liter tanks, Running time 8 hours (approximately).
COMPRESSOR: Two stage, driven off the engine accessory drive; rated at .38 available cubic meters per minute at 6.2 Bar.
COLLECTOR UNLOAD: Collector raises to a maximum height of 2.67 m at a centerline distance of 1.8 meters from the rear edge of the trailer. Controls are included for automatic, cyclical discharge of collected materials. Collector has a pneumatic hopper vibrator and oiler. When the cyclone collector is in raised position, it is upheld by rigid support arms. Discharge is flanged to accept standard flanged gravity spout and other optional discharge valves.
CYCLONE/BAGHOUSE: Cyclone collector with .67 m3 in the conical storage section, flanged. Baghouse contains 71 m2 of spun-bond polyester filter media continuously cleaned by reverse air pulses during the pulse cycle. Cartridge pulsing is controlled by a pressure switch and solenoid valves. A magnehelic gauge shows the differential pressure drop across filters.
SECONDARY FILTER: Pleated cellulose microfilters with 18 m2 of media are mounted on the blower for final filtration and blower protection.
OTHER FEATURES: Regenerative air dryer with electric heater, H.E.P.A. filtration available.
TRAILER: Fully road ready with three 2,721 kg axles, electric brakes, hand-operated parking brake, leveling jacks, all lights for legal night highway operation, heavy-duty ring-type hitch.
