Product Information:

Description of Product and Services:
Vector is a leading world designer and manufacturer of industrial vacuums, blast media cleaning and classification systems, dust collectors and baghouses, asbestos and hazardous waste remediation equipment and other conveyance products for hazardous and non-hazardous material handling.

Products Offered:
Mobile/Stationary Industrial Vacuums:
Vector offers the most powerful vacuums available, incorporating innovative technology to solve a wide range of industrial vacuuming problems.  VecLoader vacuums feature a positive displacement vacuum pump generating up to 3500 CFM and up to 28” Hg, providing the power needed to complete the most difficult clean up or recovery operations. The power source is liquid propane, diesel or electric and the unit can be skid, truck, trailer or crane mounted.  Load rates range to 70 tons per hour. Horsepower ranges from 2 to 500.

Closed-Loop Vacuum Systems:
Vector offers a wide range of trailer and skid-mounted vacuums with closed-loop technology for handling products requiring inert gas transport. These closed-systems can safely vacuum catalyst and similar materials prone to exothermic reactions from contact with oxygen.

Explosion Proof Vacuum Systems:
Vector builds a wide range of trailer and skid-mounted vacuums in a variety of designs and classifications for handling explosive and combustible materials in both electric and diesel formats.

Blast Media Classification and Cleaning Systems:
Vector offers a complete, self-contained vacuum recovery and classification and blasting system.  Spent grit and waste material are collected through the receiver cyclone separator and cleaned in a twin rotating screen scalper drum.  Debris and waste are removed before material enters the dual chamber vacuum collector where a posi-seal system ensures continuous vacuuming.  The continuous bucket elevator then delivers grit to the air-wash system where dust and fines are removed using a dedicated adjustable fan coupled directly to the reverse pulse dust collector.  Air washed grit is then metered into the magnetic separation and demagnetizing system where the last of the non-ferrous material is removed.  With the four-stage cleaning complete, the clean, ready to use grit is delivered to the storage hopper.  Controls are simple, with no electronics.  Simple, effective non-stop blasting system!

Vector also offers a unique and versatile shot or grit cleaning system for the continuous recycling and conveying of spent media in a variety of blast operations.  Spent media can be thoroughly cleaned for use and re - use with an absence of contaminants.

Vacuum Excavation, Sewer Jetting Combination:
Vector both air and water vacuum excavation systems and powerful trailer mounted vacuum jetter combinations for sewer cleaning.

Dust Collectors and Baghouses:
Vector offers compact size, high filtration efficiency, easy operation and low maintenance in either a stationary or affordable, road - ready package.  Dust collectors eliminate dust and particulate matter from containment, greatly improving visibility and site safety in any abrasive environment.  All models feature a high efficiency balanced fan, self - cleaning vertically mounted filters plus easy, safe and lower cost filter changeout with minimum operator exposure.  Airflow ranges are from 20,000 - 60,000 CFM.

We also lease equipment, stock replacement parts and offer repairs and maintenance contracts for Vector and competitor products.

Standard and Non - Standard Products:
Vector offers a wide range of models, features and options to meet a wide assortment of material handling needs. Our standard product line offer modularity in power units (electric, diesel or LP), cyclone separators and baghouse sizes (44” to 92”), discharging devices (bags, drums, hoppers or trucks), mounting positions (trailer, skid, truck or crane), performance range, filtration media, portability and other important attributes. Vector will with clients to develop job-specific material recovery equipment and systems for the handling of specialty and environmentally sensitive waste streams.

Most of our agents operate on a 100% success fee basis at an established commission rate.  Vector does however, work with agents who only qualify leads or promote our products to other sales representatives.

Vector currently has only limited relations with distributors and manufacturers who have distribution capabilities. We wish to further these types of relationships.

Countries Where We Currently Sell
Besides the U.S. and Canada, Vector currently sells to Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia through commissioned sales agents and on a direct basis. We understand the need for long term partnerships. Type Of Selling Arrangements That Interest Us:
Initially, Vector interests lie in agent and stocking distributor arrangements.  Although in highly industrialized countries, we prefer relationships with manufacturers who have distribution capabilities. We will consider granting exclusivity rights to trade partners who are willing to make a capital investment in our products to properly market and support them.

Compatible Products and Services Offered By the Ideal Trade Partner:
The ideal trade partner will sell compressors, generators and pumps or complimentary products along with replacement parts and service.  Other ideal trade partners rent and lease capital equipment, carry either smaller vacuums or larger truck vacuums, or sell products to markets sectors that Vector serves (for example, foundries, power plants, etc.).

Clients That The Partner Will Sell To:
Clients will sell to contractors engaged in asbestos remediation, abrasive blasting and surface preparation, catalyst handling, liquid waste handling, roof rock removal, soft trenching, activated carbon handling, general and spill recovery including: water blasting, tank removal, site remediation, nuclear waste response and other hazardous waste response; and to industries such as foundries, power plants, waste water treatment, steel and paper mills, ship building, cement, glass, plastic and mineral processors and many more. In addition, clients may procure substantial business through governmental agencies.

What Technical, Industrial, Commercial Skills Will The Partner Need:
The ideal trade partner should have a well-established customer base.  Their in-house and field support group should have technical expertise in power transmission, engines and mobile units.  They are situated in a number of well-positioned locations within the country to properly support customer’s needs, and have the financial means to properly market and support our products.

Sales Figures That We Would Expect From an Exclusive Relationship:
At a minimum, Vector would expect 3-5 units sold within the first year.  Vector would expect 5-10 units sold in the following year and with continuing business improvement in future years.

Terms of Sale:
Our normal payment terms are irrevocable letter of credit or payment before shipment.    We are receptive to other payment arrangements.

Why Should You Consider Vector Technologies Ltd and its Products:
Vector has invested over thirty-five (35) years in vacuum technology and has sold products to some of the largest companies in the world. It would be difficult to find a vacuum manufacturer who matches long-term, safe, efficient performance with our individual products; and probably none of them can match the overall performance of our product range. We have also proven to be a good partner over many relationships.
