VecLoader Spartans are the most versatile industrial vacuum machine available combining exceptional power with compact size. Using a four-inch hose or multiple smaller hoses the Spartan can vacuum wet of dry material. Bulk dry materials will vacuum at rates to 5-7 tons per hour/or at distances up to 600', water at rates to 100 gallons per minute. Spartans can be matched to a broad assortment of cyclone separators, filter-receivers, drum fillers, collections systems, classifiers, self-dumping hoppers and intermediate collection devices. Modular design allows the Spartan II or the Spartan FM to be utilized as a stand-alone unit or central vacuum system.

All Spartans feature a baghouse with pulse jet cleaned filter bags. The coated filter bags provide superior filtration for fine, dusty product such as foundry sand.
The Spartan II features a very small footprint while Spartan FM units feature an integrated self-dumping two-yard hopper with a proprietary self-guiding alignment system. This unique design simplifies removal and replacement of the self-dumping hopper, reducing the risks to structural damage inherent in many competitive industrial vacuum systems.
